Work
My work weaves together instructional design, dispute resolution, and technical know-how. I utilize my knowledge of adult learning theory to develop impactful learning, and rely on my dispute resolution background to serve clients in the role of the effective consultant. I understand the importance of asking the right questions, in the right way, at the right time, to get the right results.
I utilize the Adobe Creative Cloud, Articulate Storyline, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to create interactions that are both engaging & effective. Beyond the interaction, I believe in measuring success and take pride in my ability to dissect information and provide visually stunning infographics, charts, and dynamic dashboards.
